Fall detection
millimeter wave sensors are very accurate sensors that can detect the orientation of any person in the room. These are not cameras and use a high frequency radar-like sensor to locate objects or people.
mmwave sensors can be deployed to every room to detect if an individual has fallen, and can be deployed alongside local-only microphones to detect loud crashing sounds.
These can then send a notification to any family members via a mobile app notification, text message, phone call, or email.

Water and air monitoring
Water leaks can be difficult to detect if mobility is an issue, using leak sensors near water heaters and pumps, we can immediately detect leaks and close water valves remotely until the leak can be fixed.
Air quality monitoring can be used to detect high amount of carbon monoxide, carbon dioxide, as well as particulates in the air (smoke). These are not meant as a smoke detector alternative, but as an early monitoring system for less-than-ideal air conditions in a loved ones home.
Low mobility door opening
Doors can be locked/unlocked and opened electronically, allowing someone with limited mobility to push open a door when needed.
This can be useful for individuals with limited or no hand mobility. In-home bluetooth location tagging can automatically open doors when needed, or proximity sensors can also be used.
