5 motion sensors and 5 inexpensive smart lights and switches with a small home server with simple automations

Smart Cameras

10 cameras with a home server capable of object detection and notification

Full home install

A 3 bedroom home with MMwave sensors for fall detection in all rooms, 5 external cameras with object detection, smart lights in all rooms, with energy saving automations tying into an existing solar setup. With local voice assistant and custom automations and routines

These are just single examples, every smart home installation is different, but it’s important to get an idea of what things will cost.

We suggest that customers purchase their own hardware – we provide an itemized shopping list so you can buy the hardware online yourself if you wish

Our basic labor rates are below (starting at $20 per hour), but may be much higher if multiple installers are needed, or any electrical wiring is required:

We offer reduced labor rates to seniors, veterans, and anyone with special needs (we do not make any money by selling any hardware)

Maintenance

Our goal is to make your smart home last for as long as it possibly can.

Maintenance agreements start at $10 per month, which covers the cost of our server monitoring access. (Find out about how we keep your data safe here)

Similarly to installations, your maintenance agreement will vary heavily depending on the complexity of your installation.
