We schedule a scoping call
We will reach out to set up a call. Usually 30 to 45 minutes. This is where we ask the questions that let us put together an accurate quote.
You get a written quote
After the call, you receive a written quote with a fixed price, a clear scope of what is included, and a timeline. No surprises after you say yes.
How we connect.
- In person (preferred for Rochester-area clients) — If you are in or around Rochester, MN, we would rather meet in person. Coffee or your office, whichever works.
- Zoom or Google Meet — Works for anyone outside the Rochester area or anyone who prefers video calls.
- Signal — For clients who prefer an encrypted messaging option. Available on request.
