From idea to shipped product.
Software projects usually do not fail because of bad engineering. They fall apart because nobody defined what was being built before building started. We scope the product, select the technology, build or manage the team, and run the project from concept to launch.
What we do.
Product scoping and requirements definition
Before anything gets built, we define what is being built. User flows, feature sets, platform requirements, integration points, and edge cases, documented clearly enough that a development team can work from them without constant clarification.
Tech stack selection and architecture
The right technology for the project, not whatever someone already knows. We have worked across PHP/Laravel, React Native, Node.js, TypeScript, Go, WordPress, Shopify, and more.
Development team oversight and QA
We manage the team building your product. Code review, milestone tracking, QA, and delivery accountability. Issues get caught before they ship, not after.
MVP to launch management
Getting from a defined product to a live product, on time and on budget. We have done this with in-house teams, outsourced development partners, and AI-assisted solo builds.
AI-assisted rapid prototyping
For the right projects, AI-assisted development can significantly compress timelines and cost. We have shipped full-stack applications solo using this approach.
What this has looked like in practice.
We built a four-platform product ecosystem for a loyalty card business from scratch: website, mobile app, experience portal, and e-commerce store. We architected and launched a white-label concierge marketplace built on Laravel and React Native, licensed as a SaaS product. We have also shipped two full-stack applications solo using AI-assisted development, both live.
See the Portfolio →Who this is for.
Founders with a product idea who need it scoped before they hire a development team. Businesses that started building something and it has gotten out of hand. Companies with a development team but no one running the project. Anyone who has been quoted very different numbers by different dev shops and wants to understand why.
Tell us what you are trying to build. We will tell you what it actually takes.
